Job Description: Ideal candidate must have 10 years+ experience in project/program management, with increasing levels of responsibility, program value and complexity. BS in business or electrical technology field, or equivalent experience in the military sales, power supply and/or transformers industry is preferred. Program Management Institute PMP certification a plus. Candidate must have ability to lead program lifecycle, from concept through delivery. Strong disciplines in customer development, scheduling, Stage Gate management, and program financial management.
Will be required to lead the development of a technical proposal and transition to program execution using proposal artifacts. Emphasis will be placed on requirement management, risk management and the ability to lead a team to meet demanding schedule and budget constraints.
Must be able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills with internal and external customers. Must have a good understanding of accounting, contracts, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing principles. An understanding of export regulations beneficial. Must be detail oriented, have ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment, be a self-starter and capable of working both independently and with all departments to meet customer requirements.
