Job Description: Ideal candidate must have 5 years+ combined experience in project management, contract administration or in a customer advocacy role, with increasing levels of responsibility, project value and complexity. BS in business or electrical technology field, or equivalent experience in the military sales, power supply and/or transformers industry is preferred.  Candidate must have demonstrated experience in supporting completion of the project lifecycle, from concept through production delivery.  Experience in customer development, scheduling, stage gate management, and project financial management a plus.
Will be required to coordinate with all functional groups to prioritize and provide production or engineering status on assigned projects as the primary advocate of the customer. The incumbent will support quoting activities.  Experience with contract deliverables management a plus.
Must be able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills with internal and external customers. The candidate must have solid understanding of accounting, contracts, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing principles.  An understanding of export regulations is beneficial.  Must be detail oriented and have ability to work in fast paced, high demand environment, be a self-starter and capable of working independently and with all departments to meet customer requirements.
