Candidate must have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS Office and Basic Networking knowledge. This position requires a desire to learn as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment while ensuring accuracy. Candidate must be able to assist users in accessing, resolving, upgrading and repairing computer hardware and software problems. Desktop support responsibilities include providing support for PC’s to internal users either by telephone or desk-side, troubleshooting and repairing network issues, software installations and support, resolving hardware/software issues, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring user satisfaction. 2+ years of qualified IT experience preferred. Experience with VMware, Firewall, ERP Systems, Windows servers, Microsoft Exchange also preferred.
