The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business functional areas. Will manage resources, schedules, and financials adhering to company procedures and customer requirements throughout the production life cycle. This includes management of schedule, cost, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. The successful individual will also review and process all customer orders and change orders and will contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.  Will have the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.  Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers is also required. Candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting, contracts, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing principles. An understanding of export regulations is beneficial. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment, be a self-starter and capable of working independently and with all departments to meet customer requirements.

Demonstrated Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting including FAR/DFAR is required for this position.
