This position provides a unique opportunity to work with an integrated team of professionals to manage the design and construction of a manufacturing building.  Successful construction projects are complex and require coordination across architects, engineers, professional service firms, and State and local agencies. It is crucial that this project meet specifications, schedules and budgets.  This includes management of schedule, cost risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.  Background in building design/construction, is heavily encouraged.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.  Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers is also required. Candidate should have a strong understanding of local and state permitting, accounting, contracts, supply chain, ability to coordinate efforts with other trades and implement project close out.  Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment, be a self-starter and capable of working independently and with all stakeholders.
